Bill came over and fixed a sagging sectional corner that I had bought from Jordan's 4 yrs ago. It was sagging 1 month after purchase . They refused to warranty it and sent a hack to fix it. The couch is literally better than it's been since day one.

Bill did a great job repairing the headliner on my Corvette. The factory headliner had become old and was sagging so far down that it rubbed my head when I drove the car. Bill installed the new headliner using the correct fabric and color with the tightness it should have, It looks like an original part due to the precision of his work. Bill is also a breath of fresh air on customer service. If you send him an e-mail, he quickly responds. If he tells you he will do something on a certain date, he does it. He is a pleasure to work with.
